3) Leg/Hamstring Curls | 3 units of 15 reps
4) Hip Abductions | 3 units of 15 reps
5-minute cool-down on the Treadmill.

Relaxation for 1 minute in between set (be happy to relaxation longer in case you want!).

  6. Am I the only one that has an issue with like treadmills and stair climbers? Like it messes with my head to the point where if I don't hang onto the machine my brain gets freaked out/ confused or over thinks and I will literally lose balance and fall lol
