I eat oatmeal for breakfast with raspberries, mango or apple . I eat salmon or chicken with vegetables to lunch , at dinner I eat two slices with bread with tuna or eggs. I drink alot of coffee with milk (no sugar). I do not work out and I’m obese . I’m 38 years old and I really want to change my lifestyle for the rest of my life but I feel like I don’t have the knowledge. I would really like to get advice on how I can get that knowledge? The only decent option is hard boiled eggs, which you shouldn’t eat every day. Do you even have any knowledge on healthy food and nutrition in general?? I’d rather believe that you’re purposely misleading the viewers, and maybe they deserve it

  8. I was just making a Pb&J while watching this. When I saw the peanut butter on his table I froze thinking, 'Come on Jeff dude, say it's a good thing. Say it's a good thing!!!"
    It's my all time favorite snack!
    ..and in case anyone avoids Pb&J sandwiches as a packed snack because of the soggy jelly bread effect.. if you put peanut butter on both slices of bread the jelly won't make the 'jelly side' soggy.
    …no jelly side, no sog yo!
