  1. I need some advice. Ive got ongoing sesamoiditis from when I used to run. It never completly goes away but seems to when I dont put pressure on it. But last 3 months IIve begun weight-training and REALLY love it, but ANY kind of pressure/weight on ball of big toe sets it off again. And yet it seems, that calf training exercises, ONLY involve that movement of up and down with the foot. But I cant do that! How can I get around this? Is there anyway? Or am I screwed to have an area that I cannot train?
