  2. Thank you for this push work out! The first one I saw on YouTube involved a lot of chest exercises, however I get costochondritis very easily so I try to avoid a dominant chest workouts. You had the perfect mix. Thank you so much!

  3. I just finished this workout and could barely do the push-ups because my body was so tired. I switched out the face pulls for cable chest push thingies but other than that I kept it all the same thank you for the great workout!

  4. I need to conquer that part of the gym next. I just got the courage to conquer the squat racks and deadlift areas, now on to where the free weights are for upper body
