5) RDLs | 2×12-15 reps
6) Leg Swings (Entrance to Again & Left to Proper) | 12 reps/leg for every
7) Sumo Deadlifts (Heat Up Units) | 3×2-8
8) Sumo Deadlifts (Working Units) | 4×2-4
9) Leg Press | 3×15 reps
10) Leg Extensions | 3×12/leg
11) a. Hip Abductions (pyramid set):
– 15 reps at a lighter weight
– Improve the load for 12 reps
– Improve the load once more for 9 reps
b. Cable Step Ups | 12 reps/leg
c. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-c for a complete of 3x.

    – Increase the weight again for 9 reps

    16:40 b. Cable Step Ups | 12 reps/leg

    c. Rest for 1-2 minutes

    Repeat a-c for a total of 3x.
