  4. DB chest sets are only way I have been in injured in my 60 years, 15 lifting heavy.
    Older, more vulnerable to rotator cuff and shoulder injuries.
    Use resistance bands more now to minimize tears of ligaments, etc.
    Less bulk but more definition useful for sports as well (see Rafa Nadal and his powerful shoulders in tennis).
