Behind the neck lat pulldowns what is this the 60s, puts the rotator cuff in a compromised position, making it prone to injury, only stupid people do these who are looking for an injury not a bigger back ever do these! By the way I'm a personal trainer with over 50 yes 50 years of training in building muscle ! Might want to rethink giving dangerous advice to followers of your channel!
