You've probably have been asked, I think you should add your measurements as well (bust, waist, hips). I think that would be helpful, too. 😉
I think that shorter leggings flare out because they are not made for shorter people per se but they are meant to be cropped. Our leg goes wider when going up from the ankle but as they fit shorter people ankle length and ankle is our smallest part it just is not meant to sit there but much higher, near calf. 25 inch seems to be fine and tight as it is meant for shorter legs but anything shorter than 25 is meant to be around the calf area. Love your videos. They are so informative and help me a lot to decide what to purchase and what not as i can only buy lulu online. There is no store in my country unfortunately.
