a) 10 reps/leg at a lightweight weight

  3. Hey so I've noticed how one of my glutes is very sore (after yesterday's workout) comparing to the other, and I'm worried this might mean I have glute/leg imbalances. Could you please do a video addressing this issue? I do think my left leg is slightly longer, which is why I unconsciously shift to my right side when performing squats for example.

    I have looked a lot online and bumped into something called "unilateral exercises", do you think you could do a video on that too?
    I'm a beginner to fitness in general so I might be worried that something is off ):

  5. I appreciate the diagrams so much!!!! So quick and simple so that if you forget the form or how many reps, you can just reference quickly versus skipping through the videos when you’re actually at the gym. Love it!!!!

  10. Love this style/ format! Hopefully you could film one for upper body day like back and one specifically for biceps and triceps and chest! Can not wait to follow this workout when I next workout ☺️ the leggings look great too! Probably TMI but do you go bare with these leggings? I bought energy seamless from gymshark and didn’t realise they show every bit of seam and lines of your underwear! I hate going bare 😭🤨

You see,  I knew it, and its official  >>  I knew Naomi loves flexing  💪  as much as I  (and really everyone) loves seeing her flex.  😄  … And so , about this workout … I would say it is quite impressive, especially with the limited / no rest between sets.  Also cool to see you using the resistance band / barbell combo technique as well … Naomi showing she is indeed a student of the fitness game.   😊👏  ( R E S P E C T   🙇 )  …  so I'm curious if you would ever do these exercise in the reverse order that you did here or would always keep it as the same pattern ??  … oh and props to your special camera man for an outstanding job with filming as well.  👍😎
