Hi Jeff need some advice buddy I'm 45 ex army so I was very fit once but I have balloned up to 34 stone I'm still fit for day to day like I manage to drop up to seven stone but get stuck and it comes on again I eat clean an train as hard as I can but then it all stals again and I'm tired and disheartened any trick or advice ps love the channel

  5. This was a tough challenge.. normally I can bang out 60 quick push ups. Doing them with that slight pause I got 38 and I’m 30 years old. Once I hit the 27 mark I was hurting bad lol. Great challenge.

  6. To get a better result from the challenge make sure you warm up first. Try a brisk walk for 10 minutes. Then do just 10 push ups at the cadence Jeff set. Then have a rest of about 3 to 5 minutes but limber up. Finally, breathe in and out briskly for 30 seconds to get your body pumped with air. Do the challenge. I found that from cold or very little preparation I struggled to get to 20. After a good preparation my best is now 47! I'm 52 and always learning new techniques. Main thing is keep the desire to improve going or the improvement will just pass you by.
