1) Hearth Hydrants | 12 reps/leg
2) Donkey Kicks | 12 reps/leg
3) Glute Bridges | 12 full reps + 12 pulses
Repeat 1-3 again to again.
Relaxation for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a complete of 3x.

4) a. Single-Leg Hip Thrusts | 12 reps/leg
b. Reverse Hypers | 12-15 reps
c. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-c for a complete of 4x.
5) Bulgarian Cut up Squats | 4×12 reps/leg
6) Curtsy Squats | 4×12 reps/leg
7) Glute Bridges Pyramid Set:
a. 15 reps at a lighter weight
b. Improve the load for 12 reps
c. Improve the load once more for 9 reps
d. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-d for a complete of 4x.
