  2. My second day doing this exercise and I already felt improvement. Now I haven’t been to the gym or worked out much in the last two years. It’s exciting to feel improvement. I am going to keep my mind on that. Do a little each day to make tomorrow better. This took 6 minutes out of my day and I didn’t even come close to keeping up pace with Jeff. I took many extra breaks. My abs feel the burn and I look forward to doing this a little bit better tomorrow.
