I bear in mind how intimidated and overwhelmed I used to be with gymnasium machines after I first started my health journey, so I hope that this video will assist put a few of your worries away!

  3. For the seated cable row, where would you find the attachments? Like if I wanted to switch it out where would I get a different attachment? Sorry if this is a silly question I’ve never been to a gym before

  4. "Seeing as we know how to adjust our seat and the weights, we wont bother going over them" then proceeds to go over them for every single machine in all videos. Please just add 30 seconds at the start stating these things then add any extras when/if you need to.
    I enjoy your content and get much use out of it but im close to clicking away just for this :/

  6. I recently learned that you can use that toe-separator-looking thing to put under your selected weight. This muffles the sound when you drop the weight as to not bother other people. :)

  9. Hello dear Naomi, I'm pretty good with all sports equipment. However, I have a lot of difficulty with the overhead press compared to the others. What do you think is the reason for this?
