  5. I remember my first time trying to to squat w the barbell only. It was heavy asf and I could barely move, so I put it right back 😭.

    That was like 2-3 months ago, and I haven’t done a barbell squat ever since. I stuck to the leg press machine, and can now do 130 kg for 6 reps on the leg press machine.

    I think I’m strong and confident enough to try to barbell squat again.
    Ahhh I’ll do it tomorrow.

  6. Tried out the squat rack today! It’s definitely something that takes practice, at least that’s what I’ve noticed. I also wanted to ask, I was trying not to use my arms but I was feeling slight pressure on my elbows/arms. Any tips to help with this?

  7. Whoa I didn't know what the "spotter bar" was called and what it was for lol I always worried that if I tired out too soon that the weight would kill me and that's why I always bring someone with me lol

  8. Can you give tips on moving the barbell itself? I have weak arms and the bar is too heavy for me to lift like you do in the video 🙁 this makes it hard to adjust the bars it rests on because idk what to do with the barbell. I have great leg strength but no arm strength…
