  1. My gym doesn't have a seated calf raise. I know, they suck. So I've improvised by going to the Smith machine and doing them on there, by sitting on a bench, putting a small platform under my feet, and doing them like that. Of course, it's very deceptive because I'm starting out at 140 lbs. And my calves are a good size but def not as big as the guys on here, for example.

  2. love this video, I'm now trying to figure out how to incorporate most of these exercises into my PPL. I do PPL, rest PPL rest, etc. any suggestions? bad back, can't do free weight squats, I use Panatta machines (harder than free weights anyway)

  3. Hip thrust aint on there and one of the best exercises for glutes but i guess thats not legs. Also glute ham raises are better than lying leg curls for the hamstrings and also work the glutes aswell.
