  2. Guys any tip, when I do workout I feel low energy.
    Weight 81.5KG want to 70KG
    Height 5.10
    Diet – 12PM(protein shake with 3 banana, 1 scope protein, 30gm oats, 1 spoon peanut butter, 6 piece almond)

    2PM lunch (2 bread and vegetables)

    10PM Dinner( 4 egg, protein shake)

    I want body like a UFC fighter. Any tip guys how to do that.
