  2. All supposedly leg workout on YouTube only focuses on thigs upto calves yet most people are looking for area down from calves where is covered by socks and this area is totally ignored…

  3. Sorry, but I don't believe there is an Orthopedic Surgeon or Spinal Surgeon who would approve of the :"Good Morning" exercise because of the amount of stress it puts directly on your lower back!
