  2. Hi NK just started working out in the gym, I wanted to know if I'm doing it wrong, or is this another exercise that is ok. When I use this machine I sit in the right position, feet planted down and pull the bar down behind my upper back. Is this ok?

  3. Just a possible suggestion: but with these kinds of videos is it possible for you to also include you getting onto the machine and getting into position as well? And perhaps adjustment points to get the machine to fit to your body?

    I know there's already a video on this but it doesn't cover all machines
