  2. Dude plz give a suggestion… I used to follow this pattern in my chest workout section.
    After warm up exercises n push ups
    1) barbell flat bench press(4sets, 10-12reps)
    2) dumbell bench press
    3) dumbell fly
    4) incline barbell press
    5) incline dumbell press
    6) decline barbell press
    7) decline dumbell press
    8) cable cross overs
    9) peck duck
    10) and a machine workout
    Am I over training? I do the same workout for chest on Monday n Friday.
