I’m thicker than you at the bottom and a size small for me perfectly at least in the black leggings. so I was surprise when you said you use a medium.
The issue with the crop tops of the vital seamless line is so real. I kept one because i like the combination so well, but as a very tall person the top already doesn't give me much fabric to begin with and it just goes up at the slightest movement. I do regret that buy. That being said, your reviews of the items are great, no nonsense and all the important information is there!
I have the pastel grape in a small I’m around the same measurements as you and they fit good but are not squat proof. This may be a weird question it do you wear underwear with your leggings to avoid it not being squat proof
