  2. I timed some 8th grade students today on this! They were working to see how long they could hang (non-rotating bar). They couldn’t make it to 2 min so I jumped up there just to see and made it to 2 min! I surprised myself!! 🎉

This challenge got me thinking it was too hard to do it, and suddenly yesterday I tried it for the first time and I lasted 2:20, I couldn't believe so I did it again and I got 2:10… For some reason I easily surpassed the 100 seconds twice in a row… For my age 40 I am fit and I play tennis three times a week, but I don't consider myself a gym beast either… For some unknown reason I seem to have natural great grip strength… 💪😅

  5. I am so wierded out by this challenge, I can barely do 1 pull-up but i can hang from the rotating bar for about 45sec, meanwhile i see guys doing 15-20pull-ups who can barely do twice my hangtime.
