I do honestly like lulu better than Gymshark but I really like the Vital Seamless leggings from Gymshark! I really want to try the vital seamless longsleeve tops too! In movement rights are the best!

TRY ATHLETA, 100 times better than lulu and cheaper for some products. They also have the lifetime workout guarantee, Lulu is so overhyped in my opinion
I love Lululemon but I love ALO more!!!!
If you like lululemon I would also recommend athleta! I personally like the fit of athleta better because they don’t slide down while I work out!! The best part about them is they’re slightly cheaper! Around 10-15 dollars less

lulus are more for going out gymshark are more for like gym
You have to try the Fast and Free leggings (full disclosure, I work at lululemon). They are LIFE CHANGING! Wonder Understand are great, but if you’re doing any kind of HIIT or dynamic work out, Fast and Free will not move!
Gymshark is such trash. SO mean but it's literally so overpriced for the quality. Lulu is worth every penny compared to Gymshark. BUT P'tula > Lululemon. Ugh please try P'tula.

Go to the container store in tenleytown for little sauce containers! It's such a dangerous store lol, you will want to buy everything, but I just got some good little containers for salad dressing there about a week ago
Real maple syrup has a lot of health benefits something like 50 anti oxidants a bit now and then won’t hurt but as an alternative I warm up apple sauce or even some strawberries or blueberries cooked down make a nice sauce.
