  5. Fitness pal saved my life😂 I had a trainer recommended it and realized I wasn’t eating at all. I was in the gym burning over 1000 calories and literally eating only 500 calories a day. Not even taking into account my resting calories burned. I felt like a zombie😂 Now I eat a lot😂 and make sure I train consistently. It’s not always super healthy but lifting a lot has given me more wiggle room when it comes to what I eat. This app is awesome and I love that it’s menu is huge!
