In the present day, I will be taking you thru a full day of consuming with me/displaying you what I eat in a day! Whereas I really like consuming meals, I’ve by no means been a giant cook dinner, so I prefer to maintain my meals as uncomplicated and easy as attainable which you will see on this video.
Not each single day of my week will appear like this, however that is usually how most of my weekdays will appear like with a go to or two to a restaurant on the weekends for date night time/catching up with the women.

    Last week I wanted to go back to the gym after 2.5 years. For some reason I felt so uncomfortable(mainly cause the gym was completely renovated and I heard a lot of guys confiscated the weights area) , so I skipped gym.. I felt like such a quitter.

    Eventually I told myself that I would go on the Monday.
    So last Monday I had the same uncomfortable feeling. Tried to find a video on YT to motivate myself and came across one of your video's. And it helped! I just got my stuff and went to the gym… and man I wish I did that the last time. Showing up is really 50% of the whole work out. Again: thank u for motivating everyone with ur content!

  3. You put me on to Cira pre workout…I absolutely love it! I’m sensitive to milk products so I go with a vegan protein powder. My weekly meals look very similar. I’ll use protein pasta for spaghetti, carb balance tortillas for tacos and sourdough for sandwiches. I eat healthy but not to the point where I feel like I’m losing out on anything. Balance and I bust my booty in the gym…so it works out😂
