  4. Could you make the beep sounds louder between exercises? I think on the last set, I always miss the transition from reverse crunches to sit ups to plank because the beep is too soft or I can’t hear it over the music/ voiceover. Thanks!

  6. Isn’t this the same as last week but only 15 seconds longer for each exercise. Why can’t you do different exercises for each week and not just put the same video for each week
