– 60 second relaxation
Repeat all of the above 2 extra occasions for a complete of 3x.

its my 3rd day of week 2
On to week 2! Still can’t plank for a full 30 seconds let alone 45 seconds but I get back up as soon as I fall down! Hopefully I will see an improvement by the end of this week 😂

The plank is the worst part LMAO I love it cause I push my self and tell myself to do this so you can feel confident and in power. But it burns 😂
I did the Week One video for 3 weeks and now I'm ready to try this one. It will be a long while until I get to Week 6 but thank you so much again for these! 😀

This low key kicked my ass but I finished three days so I'm feeling good
Could you make the beep sounds louder between exercises? I think on the last set, I always miss the transition from reverse crunches to sit ups to plank because the beep is too soft or I can’t hear it over the music/ voiceover. Thanks!

Isn’t this the same as last week but only 15 seconds longer for each exercise. Why can’t you do different exercises for each week and not just put the same video for each week
