Self-quarantine or not, summer season bod right here we come!

In the present day we begin the FINAL week, WEEK SIX, of our utterly free 6-Week Newbie Abs Exercise Information Problem!

For this week, your aim is to finish the workout on this video THREE instances!
(All the video = 1 workout)

None of those ab workouts over the following six weeks would require any tools and might be finished proper from house.

– Russian Twists | 60 seconds
– 30 second relaxation
– Bicycle Crunches | 60 seconds
– 30 second relaxation
– Leg Raises | 60 seconds
– 30 second relaxation
– Plank on Elbows | 60 seconds
– 60 second relaxation
Repeat all of the above 2 extra instances for a complete of 3x.

Please remember that with the ability to visibly see your abs comes first by diet.

  2. @Naomi Kong, do you have any advice for that first exercise? I can't get used to doing it with my feet up in the air but I'm not sure if maybe I'm positioned incorrectly or something. I am starting this last video tomorrow Monday and I'm worried (I struggled with that first move the most from previous videos)

  3. Oh hi week 6 – I've never seen as much progress with my body as I have through these workouts. My abs aren't superhero level, but looking at the picture after week 2 vs. today (BEFORE starting week 6) you can see such a difference. I actually have definition in my ab muscles and my torso has slimmed down significantly. So excited to do week 6 and to continue trying other workouts to keep progressing!
