  3. well , Naomi , why you did chest workout with Arc back , your back wasn't flat at chair , it was like Arc ( isn't that effect badly on the back ) ?
    and your squats ( when you stand up your knee isn't straight with your leg but i noticed it slightly slope not full stand up , may that reduce effort on knees? straight stand-up i meant ( interior and exterior angel is 180 degree ) while your interior degree ( from behind leg was 170 or 160 degree .
