  2. Охрененное упражнение для тренировки предплечий это чистка кирпичей топором от бетона после сноса старого здания. Всего лишь после 2 дней работы правое предплечье заметно увеличилось в объеме!

  3. ВСЕ эти упражнения = херня.

    Полотенце перебросить через турник – и висеть, держась за свисающие концы полотенца одной рукой. Чем больше, тем лучше.
    Да хотя б секунд 5😂😂😂

  4. All but two, are horrible exercises!

    Numbers 3 and 6 are good for forearm muscle building. While doing these one's wrists are FREE of stress, which causes damage to ligaments/tendons inside.
