I asked her how come she burns a lot of calories in like an hour session. In one hour session she can easily burn one thousand calories. And I do a lot of hiit trainings which includes my goalkeeper high intensity workouts. And I only burn up to 700 calories in a training session. I am using an app called map my run to calculate. She is using her apple watch. She told me that calories are calculated depending on the persons heart rate. and the map my run cannot calculate my heart rate exactly to calculate the calories loss. She also told me that I should not focus to much about how much calories I am loosing during a workout, but focus on having an excellent workout and feel that I put in the work rather than the calories burned. What do you think about what she told me?
