I 1000% relate to not wanting to dress like a sports bra and leggings. I’m like you when I go to workout bc I don’t want to be worried about the rolls I have while performing the exercise I just want to workout and forget about everything else so I’m very glad you included that segment in this vlog! Normalize dressing like a bum to workouts haha

I drink plain black coffee and I get jitters really bad, especially if I drink coffee on an empty stomach. I LOVE the taste of coffee, but it actually makes me feel like garbage. 😂 For some reason, the caffeine in tea makes me feel a lot better — just focused and energized with no jitters or upset tummy.

So there is a brand that makes sugar free “pancake” syrup and it only has 4 carbs and it’s thicker! I think it’s Maple Groves or something like that 😅
