    THIS is why I got into a funk, with the likes of Greg D and others, just as I begin lifting, and leave behind a life of disability?

    I made the right choice by unsubbing to all of them, and only following Jeff. Sure, he is only a man, and maybe has a mistake here and there (the response vid, maybe got the better of him, but that should not invalidate a lifetime of work). In fact, that shows best how IMPORTANT leaving ego at the door is, and how it can creep up on the best of us. This for me, has been humbling. All my life I was proud. Too proud, and relying on natural size to not workout or put effort…until I broke my body.

    10 years later, and I finally am ready, and to think, I almost gave up, because I too, made the mistake of letting the others get to me. But, Jeff didnt give up, or let it get the better of him TWICE. I am almost done on the 22 day challenge, and I have seen gains. Physical, as well as mental. And the consistence I am shooting for, will hopefully make me turn this into a new way of life for me.
