    In order to help with deadlift too, it's also really important to recognise the basic form of the movement which is the hip hinge, if you practice this – deadlift will become a lot easier. Get your hips strong and your deadlift will be a lot better so you'll put less strain on your back 🙂

    Does it look bad or is it wrong to do deadlift/sumo/hip thrusts with fixed weight barbell? I feel intimidated to use the bars at the gym…
