CHEST & TRIS DAY WORKOUT:
1) Foam Rolling | 5-Quarter-hour
2) Bench Press:- 4 heat up units of 5-15 reps- 4 working units of 5 reps
3) Incline DB Chest Press | 4×12
4) Cable Chest Flyes | 4×12
5) DB Overhead Triceps Extensions | 4×15
6) a. Assisted Tricep Dips | 12 reps
b. Push Ups | 12 reps
c. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-c for a complete of 4x.
7) Triceps Pushdowns Pyramid Set:
a. 12 reps at a lighter weight
b. Improve the load and do 9 reps
c. Improve the load once more and do 6 reps
d. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-d for a complete of 3x.
