My question is why is that dude using heavyweights second you know when somebody sees the video they want to do the same thing try to lift those heavy weights explain to them start from the bottom up cuz you know some people are just knuckleheads good video to be honest I do 300 push-ups everyday I do 150 pull-ups to 200 and I do 300 sit-ups he know all in sets I'm 210 lb 61 very low fat continent in my body just saying for those who don't want to lift weights you can do natural calisthenics which is a good thing you're using your own body weight however great video photos who want to lift weights good job guys
