  1. This is one of those rare times when I say this video is stupid. You can do the same thing with using a medium-weight and a light-weight dumbbell….and your punches will be a lot faster. Normally, Jeff has some really good workouts, but this is stupid.

"You don't have to be a professional athlete to look like one, you just have to train like one." – Dude if you train (& eat) like a professional athlete… You may as well be a professional athlete. In order to train like a professional athlete you're going to need to spend THE MAJORITY of your time dedicated to your chosen art/sport/competition, the only thing separating them from a usual person is the ability to be able to spend that time (and not have a regular job) or not wanting to compete I guess. If you have the time to spend training like a professional you're clearly very rich already OR you're earning money from fitness – which is what makes it a profession…
