  2. 마침 오늘 하체 운동을 했는데 종목을 적게 해서 여러가지 운동을 알고 싶었는데 이렇게 다양한 하체 운동 영상을 올려주시니 감사하네요 더군다나 영상에 나오는 분들의 몸도 너무 좋아 동기부여가 되는 것 같습니다.

  3. And not real squat!? Mhh dunno! Seems too many sets and too many excercises! Maybe with a big dose of "asteroids" can be done. If not, seems overtraining
