  1. OK, the shoulder press – NEVER seen anyone perform this correctly but for Arnold either!!!
    I am amazed how people are such sheep and copy others, I say this all the time – you must study before starting bodybuilding – the human anatomy should be studied extensively.
    Never suffered a shoulder injury in over forty years, do not believe when they say you shouldn't perform this movement behind the neck it's the only way to do it correctly….
    Seated upright hold the barbell wide, thumbless grip, lower the bar as far down behind the neck as pos keeping you elbows extended forward press the bar straight up.
    Search for pics of Arnold doing it and exaggerate the forwarding of the elbows.
    These style will work ALL three heads of your delts.
