  1. I'm loving the vids. I have a Request please: I find myself stopping far too frequently to check if I'm doing it correctly so I feel like I'm losing my burn.
    will u all consider placing in the description what to be sure or mindful of when doing each exercise? For instance, I had to pause to see if I was swinging my kettle ball too high. I'm pretty sure I was. The model was only bringing it up chest height. Or like be sure you're moving through heels or ball of feet. Anything helpful to someone looking to do it right and get results. 🙏🏾thanks.

  2. Very dumb question. If I do the sets in this video and do all the workouts. Would that be a good full workout or should I add in other workouts as well to make it a full workout?
