  5. I am a boy, 15 years old about to go on 16. I way 135 pounds and I've been working out since November and I haven't been seeing the results I want. Im giving my muscles enough rest time. My main goal is to hide some of my collar bone. I know I need to workout my arms, chest, shoulders, and traps but I'm not getting the results I want from working them out. Does anyone have any tips? By the way the only muscle that is coming in greatly is my upper chest. I guess I just want to add more width to my upper body so I won't look as skinny

  6. Jeff, please keep on doing bodyweight Wednesdays. This one is great! I teach a number of bodyweight only classes, and working the back is always a problem, unless one employs equipment. I often do three days a week, and the middle day is stations where participants can hit neglected muscle groups.
