  1. Cable is the best equipment for triceps activation… One arm push down, one arm kneeling overhead extension, one arm bent over kickback, standing one arm side extension all are immensely effective to engage triceps than free weight exercises with dumbbells or bars

  2. The triceps have 3 heads. Don’t you think it might be helpful to show which lifts work which heads ? I tried to get you to do this with biceps but you ignored it while giving me lots of hearts.
