All them guys in the videos are doing it wrong not hating just saying you don’t need heavyweights it’s not a contest so make sure your doing every movement perfectly with the weights that are perfect for you and gradually you will know when to upgrade with more weights and if you follow that routine you will develop a more prefect body in a shorter time and most importantly you won’t get hurt doing it 💯🇵🇱
