  1. Very educational video, but I gotta say that even though these exercises are fine, if you really want rock solid forearms, you need some diet as well. It is most important in fitness. Personally, I am following some meal plans from Next Level Diet, and it helped me to get much stronger last two months. Good thing is they also provide you with an home workout plan, grocery lists and even some recipes (they are still pretty low at these, but better something than none :D).
