  1. Awesome videos, awesome quality, the whole set up and contrast between the anatomical figure and the real life people doing them in clothing or lack thereof to show the musces contracting is great. Keep up the good work on these videos. It makes things so much easier. I left a like.

  2. I used to do stiff arm pulldowns but do not really feel it much in my back just my triceps. That was fine when I tried to do full upper body each workout but now doing PPL split. So I do not want triceps done with my back.
