  1. Thanks, I did notice in the first exercise, the live person was lowering the bar close to his forehead and then going back up. His elbows were barely moving and all the pivoting seemed to be going around them. The animation showed the bar going outside the weightlifter's head and below the back of his head a bit. His shoulders were all so pivoting in the exercise. Which is correct?
