  7. Good exercises but HIIT? HIIT is high intensity aerobic intervals with the intensity existing in between 85% and 95% of the peak heart rate. In the simplest terms you should be struggling to catch your breath during your rest intervals. If you don't have a heart rate monitor then Perform the sentence test..If you can form complete sentences during your rest intervals then you aren't actually doing HIIT.
