  1. thank you so much! i do have a question though, are these two machine targets the same muscle? and what's the differences? my trainer always told me to use the seated leg press while my friend told me to do the regular machineb and i didn't really know why

  2. I’ve been looking for this answer everywhere…I wasn’t sure if you had to put weight on both sides since the whole machine is connected. I’ve been using all the hammer strength machines wrong for weeks 😣
