  1. For what it’s worth – If you’ve had any knee issues it would be best to avoid # 5 – Simply put, leg extensions can aggravate the knee joint, causing further injury, resulting in not being able to perform the other exercises effectively! Thumbs Up for the 9 other exercises! 👍
