7) Bulgarian Cut up Squats Pyramid Set:
a. 12 reps/leg at a lighter weight/body weight
b. Improve the burden and do 9 reps/leg
c. Improve the burden once more and do 6 reps/leg
d. Relaxation for 90 seconds.
Repeat a-d for a complete of 3x.

  2. I’m about to start going to a huge gym and I feel embarrassed to do these because I have a really flat butt. I feel like people will look at me and be thinking “it’s not working” or “lol of course she’s doing that.” 🥵

  3. I get so self-conscious doing things I've never done before I the gym. I'd love to do this workout but I'm not comfortable with the squat rack or doing a lot of stuff in the middle of a gym with people looking at me.

    Some people say, don't worry about it, no one is looking at you or judging you, but that's not true because when I go to the gym with my sister, all she does is criticize and make fun of people and the way they are doing things. Makes me scared to try new stuff if there are people like her in the gym.
